Having played professionally in Serbia, France, Kazakhstan, Hungary, and Albania, Vladimir later earned the UEFA Pro coaching licence and continued his career on the coaching side of the game.

As the third-youngest head coach in the history of the Serbian SuperLiga, he led FK Vojvodina and FK Spartak Subotica, while also serving as a lecturer in UEFA coaching education programs.

Today, through All About Football, he helps players and clubs identify opportunities, manage careers, and build long-term success.
